Megan Landers is an AHPRA registered psychologist and an Adjunct Associate Professor with the School of Applied Psychology, Griffith University, QLD. Megan holds an Honours Degree and PhD in Psychology, is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society, and is an approved provider of mental health services under Medicare. Megan works with adolescents and adults to help manage a range of psychological issues, including depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict and/or distress, work-related challenges, grief and loss, adjustment to chronic illness, life and career role transitions, and behaviour change (promoting healthy behaviour in relation to smoking, alcohol consumption, physical activity and nutrition). Megan has held teaching and research positions at leading national universities over the past 16 years. In her academic role she is responsible for the professional and research training of undergraduate and postgraduate psychology students. Megan’s therapeutic approach is solution-focused and draws on a number of evidence-based techniques, including: acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and exposure-based therapy.

Toby Wilson is a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years experience helping individuals experiencing workplace conflict, post traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship issues, grief and loss, chronic illness and physical injuries. He holds the following qualifications: Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, AHPRA fully registered psychologist, Nationally Accredited Mediator and is also accredited to provide services under the WorkCover, Commcare, DVA and Medicare schemes. He is a supportive therapist who utilises the following counselling techniques; cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), exposure based therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, goal setting utilising SMART goal principles, communication, grief and loss and assertiveness training.

In addition, Toby is accredited to provide mediation services in regard to workplace disputes under WorkCover.

Toby has provided psychometric assessment services and is experienced in the utilisation of psychometric tools. Toby has developed and presented group based psycho-education and mood management strategies in both corporate and disability settings. Due to his experience, he has also provided supervision and support for individuals and teams of psychologists.

Paula Gilding is a Mental Health Social Worker and Psychotherapist. Paula is accredited with the Australia Association of Social Workers and as such is an approved provider of mental health services under Medicare. Paula has experience working with children, adolescents, parents, adults and families in government, public health, education, non-government and community health settings, including: Sexual assault and child protection counselling with NSW Health Violence Abuse and Neglect Services; trauma therapy in schools; hospital social work; group work development, facilitation and evaluation; participatory action research; clinical team leadership, senior management and clinical supervision in the child protection field. Paula has earned three masters degrees, consisting of a Master of Social Work, a Master of Gestalt Psychotherapy and a Master of Integrative Arts Psychotherapy (UK); as well as a Graduate Diploma of Education and a Diploma of Teaching. Paula works relationally, dialogically and experientially - providing biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans; evidence based, culturally safe and trauma informed focussed psychological interventions with individuals, dyads, families and groups.  


Helen Hanslow

Helen Hanslow is a clinical hypnotherapist and neurolinguistic programming practitioner. Helen works with children, teenagers and adults. She has 20 years experience in both Government and community sectors. Helen works at Goonellabah Medical Centre on Mondays and Fridays.
