• wash your hands or use hand sanitiser before and after using your mask
• dispose of single use face masks immediately after use
• keep your used cloth face mask in a plastic bag until you are able to wash it
• wash your cloth face mask after use

Recently due to COVID-19 and vaccination clinics, we have had an increased number of calls. We apologise if you have been kept waiting. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We are pleased to tell you that we are running regular COVID-19 Vaccination clinics at GMC. Government guidelines have changed and GMC is keeping up with the recommendations for vaccinations. Please contact reception to book your vaccination appointment. Please be aware that COVID vaccinations cannot be given as part of a regular consultation as there are special requirements which is why we are having COVID clinics. Please contact reception for your appointment.
Goonellabah Medical Centre will be closed on Monday June 14th due to the Queen's Birthday Public Holiday in NSW.
If you ring the surgery, you will hear a recorded message giving the number for the After Hours Medical Service (phone 66250047). This number will direct you to the doctor on call - you may be asked to leave a message and the doctor will call you back.
If there are any problems with the answering system, you may contact the Lismore Base Hospital receptionist on 02 66240200 for assistance. For emergencies contact 000.
